Michael P. Friedman is a lawyer with 40 years of experience trying cases before both judges and juries as well as appearing and arguing before appellate panels in the highest courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has been lead counsel from trial through appeal in cases that have resulted in published appellate decision that established new precedent within Massachusetts.
He presently represents people and businesses in the midst of conflicts and works towards resolutions that address the needs of his clients in the most cost efficient means possible. The range of his experience covers almost every area of law and, using that experience, he can often fashion comprehensive solutions to complex problems. He has lately concentrated much of his work on litigation matters within the Probate and Family Courts around the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including family law matters such as divorce, custody and parenting disputes as well as Probate matters involving conflicts concerning wills and trusts.
He has extensive experience in matters relating to custody and parenting disputes, inter-state removal matters and the modification, defense and enforcement of existing judgments.
